Blumenthal v. Drudge

Turns out it dragged on until 2001, when it was finally settled. Drudge signed an apology drafted by the court, and the Blumenthals paid Drudge $2500 (in part to cover his expenses traveling to the contested D.C. forum!). Salon has the story.
